How Can I Cancel My Scrumball Subscription?

If you've decided to proceed with cancellation, you have two convenient options:

Option 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Instant)

  1. Navigate to Account → Configuration → Subscription

  2. Click the Manage button

  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe platform

  4. Cancel future subscription renewals immediately

Option 2: Contact Our Support Team

  • Click the customer service icon in the bottom-right corner, or

  • Send an email to [email protected]

Our team will process your cancellation request promptly and send you a confirmation email.
