Influencer Collection Performance Tracking Boards

This guide explains how to use Scrumball’s Performance Tracking to organize, analyze, and report on influencer and campaign outcomes.

Scrumball’s Performance Tracking consolidates multi-platform performance data so you can identify high-potential creators, optimize budget allocation, and drive data-informed decisions. Use the three boards to manage different collaboration types:

  • KOL Performance Tracking: Paid or formal influencer collaborations

  • PR Performance Tracking: Earned media and seeded PR content

  • DEAL Performance Tracking: Collaborations with explicit commercial terms and settlement

KOL Performance Tracking

Purpose

  • Measure the effectiveness of paid or formal influencer collaborations to support budget optimization and ROI evaluation.

Data Overview

  • Total Likes: Aggregate likes in the selected date range and filters

  • Total Comments: Aggregate comments

  • Total Views: Aggregate views or plays

  • Optional KPIs: Engagement Rate, CTR, Clicks, Conversions, CVR, CPE, CPA, Revenue, ROI/ROAS

Filters and Fields

  • Core filters: Platform (YouTube/Instagram/TikTok), date range, campaign, language, tags, primary contact

  • Advanced filters: Content type (short/long/stream), creator tier (micro/mid/macro), region, UTM/coupon usage

  • Customize Fields: Choose which KPIs and cost metrics display in the table and exports

Table and Detail

  • Standard columns: Publish Time, Tracking Links (original/UTM/short links), Traffic Source (platform), Primary Contact, Campaign Name, Language, Tags, Report

  • Detail page focus: KPI trends, audience insights, funnel (exposure → click → on-site actions → orders)

Recommended Use

  • Filter to a specific campaign to monitor Total Views and ROI/ROAS

  • Download Report for weekly/monthly performance reviews

  • Flag underperforming posts and schedule follow-ups or optimization actions

PR Performance Tracking

Purpose

  • Track earned or seeded PR content to measure reach, sentiment, and brand voice impact.

Data Overview

  • Total Likes / Total Comments / Total Views

  • Optional PR metrics: Share Mentions, Brand Mentions, SOV (Share of Voice), Earned Media Value (EMV)

Filters and Fields

  • Source type: Earned (organic), Seeded (gifted/PR)

  • Media type: Individual creator, media outlet, community

  • Sentiment: Positive/Neutral/Negative (if enabled)

  • Keywords & topics: Brand/product names, campaign hashtags

Table and Detail

  • Standard columns: Publish Time, Tracking Links, Traffic Source, Primary Contact, Campaign Name, Language, Tags, Report

  • Detail page focus: Mention volume, sentiment distribution, diffusion path (reshares), potential reach

Recommended Use

  • Monitor brand mentions and positive feedback during campaign periods

  • Tag high-impact PR content for re-amplification and creative reuse

  • Use EMV to estimate earned value and compare with paid outcomes

DEAL Performance Tracking

Purpose

  • Monitor collaborations with defined commercial terms (CPE/CPA/fixed/hybrid), track costs, conversions, and settlement accuracy.

Data Overview

  • Total Likes / Total Comments / Total Views

  • Cost and conversion KPIs: Spend, Clicks, Conversions, CVR, CPE, CPA, Revenue, ROI/ROAS

Filters and Fields

  • Settlement model: CPE, CPA, Fixed, Hybrid

  • Collaboration status: Prospecting → Contacted → Negotiating → Confirmed → Content Created → Published → Completed

  • Channel/region, SKU, campaign

Table and Detail

  • Standard columns: Publish Time, Tracking Links, Traffic Source, Primary Contact, Campaign Name, Language, Tags, Report

  • Detail page focus: Cost breakdown by creator/content/platform, conversion funnel, settlement checks, anomaly alerts

Recommended Use

  • Compare efficiency across settlement models (e.g., CPA vs. CPE)

  • Reduce or pause partnerships below ROI/ROAS thresholds

  • Export reconciled reports for finance and business reviews
